You can book 1-2-1s on a day or time that suits you and the sessions will be completely tailored to you and your needs. It’s a great way to build up your ability and confidence in Pilates, and you can choose from mat or Reformer.

When would I choose 1-2-1 over a class?
Why do I need to have 1-2-1 Pilates before I start a class?
After a break from exercise, mainly for health reasons, I went to a class this week aimed at gentle exercise for (dare I say it) older people! I thoroughly enjoyed the class despite not being able to do some of the exercises as demonstrated but was immediately shown an alternative. I will definitely be going again and would not hesitate to recommend this class to others who may be hesitating due to aches and pains to try this class.
