We offer a range of options for you to enjoy and benefit from Pilates in person.
From our light and spacious onsite Studio in Chandlers Ford, you can join our small mat or Reformer classes, or have a more individualised approach with 1-2-1 sessions.
If you’d like to join our small classes, we always start with a 1-2-1 session first, to help ensure you get the most from the classes. We then have a range of membership options, so you can guarantee a space in a regular weekly class as well as a range of other benefits. Classes are run throughout the week, with a choice of days, times, levels and Instructors.
The 1-2-1 Pilates is fully flexible, and can be booked any day or time that suits you. This is a great way to start if you aren’t confident about joining a class just yet or are recovering from an injury and want a more bespoke approach.
