PAYG Pilates

In addition to our regular class memberships, we also offer ‘Pay As You Go’ (PAYG) Pilates – offering you the ultimate flexibility and choice for our classes. You can access the same mat or Reformer Pilates classes but just book and pay for a class on a week by week basis.

Who is PAYG Pilates for?

You may choose PAYG Pilates for a number of reasons:

You can’t committ to a regular, weekly class

You want more flexibility to book classes on a week by week basis

You need a little boost every now and again for your home Pilates or a refresher

You want to try classes and see what works for you before committing to a regular class

How do I join PAYG Pilates?

PAYG Pilates is fully flexible. Before joining either a mat or Reformer class, it is important that you have a 1-2-1 session first with one of our Instructors. This is commonplace for any Clinical Pilates classes and helps you get the most from your classes.

1. Book a Mat or Reformer 1-2-1 by giving us a call first

2. Come along for your 45 minute 1-2-1 and we’ll make sure you’re happy with the Pilates basics and go through your individual aims and goals

3. We’ll advise you on the next step, best class for you and how to book your class

4. Pay and sign up for PAYG classes quickly and easily here

Here’s a step by step guide to using our online class management system.

You can book mat or Reformer Pilates 1-2-1 sessions at a day or time to suit you.

1-2-1 Mat Pilates: Call us on 023 8025 3317 to book or you can book online here.

1-2-1 Reformer Pilates: Call us on 023 8025 3317 to book your 1-2-1 Reformer session.

Block booking discounts are available for multiple 1-2-1 sessions.

When would I choose 1-2-1 over a class?
It’s a personal choice. 1-2-1s can be a great way to get started with Pilates and to prepare you for joining classes, as you can build ability and confidence through individual attention.
Why do I need to have 1-2-1 Pilates before I start a class?
If you haven’t already seen us at goPhysio and want to join our studio classes, you will need to come and see one of our Pilates Instructors before you join a class. This is essential so we can screen you for any injuries or particularly weak areas, find out exactly what you want to achieve by coming to Pilates and teach you the basics before you start. This is commonplace for any Clinical Pilates classes. Mat Pilates will generally need just one 1-2-1, whereas if you’d like to join Reformer Pilates you will need at least three to four 1-2-1s so that you are safe and effective at using the equipment before joining a group environment.

Have used goPhysio for many years for both Physio treatment and Pilates classes and have never been disappointed.
After a break from exercise, mainly for health reasons, I went to a class this week aimed at gentle exercise for (dare I say it) older people! I thoroughly enjoyed the class despite not being able to do some of the exercises as demonstrated but was immediately shown an alternative. I will definitely be going again and would not hesitate to recommend this class to others who may be hesitating due to aches and pains to try this class.
