Who is PAYG Pilates for?
You may choose PAYG Pilates for a number of reasons:
You can’t committ to a regular, weekly class
You want more flexibility to book classes on a week by week basis
You need a little boost every now and again for your home Pilates or a refresher
You want to try classes and see what works for you before committing to a regular class
How do I join PAYG Pilates?
PAYG Pilates is fully flexible. Before joining either a mat or Reformer class, it is important that you have a 1-2-1 session first with one of our Instructors. This is commonplace for any Clinical Pilates classes and helps you get the most from your classes.
1. Book a Mat or Reformer 1-2-1 by giving us a call first
2. Come along for your 45 minute 1-2-1 and we’ll make sure you’re happy with the Pilates basics and go through your individual aims and goals
3. We’ll advise you on the next step, best class for you and how to book your class
4. Pay and sign up for PAYG classes quickly and easily here!
Here’s a step by step guide to using our online class management system.

Testimonials

After a break from exercise, mainly for health reasons, I went to a class this week aimed at gentle exercise for (dare I say it) older people! I thoroughly enjoyed the class despite not being able to do some of the exercises as demonstrated but was immediately shown an alternative. I will definitely be going again and would not hesitate to recommend this class to others who may be hesitating due to aches and pains to try this class.
